Compare n' Bet (the "App") is a mobile application developed and operated by DeeDubyah Software LLC ("DeeDubyah," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of Michigan. Our principal place of business is in Allendale, Ottawa County, Michigan.
The App is a sports betting odds aggregation and comparison tool. It collects and displays publicly available betting odds from third-party sportsbook operators. The App does not accept wagers, operate as a sportsbook, or provide gambling services of any kind. You cannot place bets through the App.
To use the App, you must be at least 18 years of age, or 21 where required by applicable law. You must be located in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal, and you must use the App in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who do not meet these requirements or who misrepresent their eligibility.
The App is not intended for use in jurisdictions where sports betting is illegal. It is your responsibility to determine whether using this App and engaging in sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction before using the App.
The App provides informational odds data only. Nothing in the App constitutes gambling advice, financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds data, and past odds movements are not indicative of future results. Bet only what you can afford to lose.
The App includes links to third-party sportsbook operators. Some of these links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you click through and register or place a wager on a partner sportsbook. The existence of an affiliate relationship does not affect the odds data displayed in the App; we display all available odds regardless of affiliate status.
We are not responsible for the content, terms, promotions, or practices of any third-party sportsbook. Your use of a sportsbook linked through the App is governed by that sportsbook's own terms and conditions. We encourage you to review those terms before registering or wagering.
The free version of the App is ad-supported. Advertisements are served through Google AdMob. Ad content is controlled by Google and its advertising partners and does not reflect endorsements by DeeDubyah Software LLC. You may purchase the Premium tier (a one-time in-app purchase) to remove ads.
The Premium tier is available for a one-time purchase price of $4.99 USD (or equivalent in your local currency), processed through the Google Play Store. Premium removes all advertisements from the App. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy. To restore a previous Premium purchase on a new device, use the "Restore Purchase" option in the App's Settings screen while signed in with the same Google account used for the original purchase.
The App may offer a voluntary tipping feature through which you can make a voluntary payment to support development. Tips are entirely voluntary and provide no additional features or benefits beyond what is described at the time of the transaction. Tips are non-refundable.
The App, including its design, code, text, graphics, and all other content, is owned by DeeDubyah Software LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Compare n' Bet is a trademark of DeeDubyah Software LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its content without our express written permission.
Team names, logos, league names, and other sports-related marks are the property of their respective owners. Their display in the App does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those rights holders.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ODDS DATA IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND MAY NOT REFLECT REAL-TIME MARKET CONDITIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEEDUBYAH SOFTWARE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10.00 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DeeDubyah Software LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ottawa County, Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Germany: Users in Germany are advised that the App is an information service only and is not a licensed gambling service under the Glucksspielstaatsvertrag (GlueStV).
Netherlands: Users in the Netherlands should note that online sports betting is regulated under the Wet Kansspelen op Afstand (KOA). The App does not facilitate wagers and is not a licensed gaming operator under Dutch law.
Belgium: Sports betting in Belgium is regulated by the Belgian Gaming Commission. The App does not facilitate wagers and is not a licensed operator under Belgian law.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The short version: We do not collect your name, email, or any information that could personally identify you. Anonymous usage analytics only. Nothing is ever sold.

Analytics data (anonymous): We collect anonymous usage events such as which features are used, how often the app is opened, and which sports or leagues are viewed. This data cannot be used to identify you personally. It is collected solely to understand how the app is used and to guide future development decisions.
Crash reports: If the app crashes, an anonymous crash report may be generated that includes device type, OS version, and the state of the app at the time of the crash. No personal information is included.
We do not collect: Your name, email address, phone number, physical address, government ID, financial information, precise location, contacts, photos, or any other personally identifiable information.
The free version of the App serves advertisements through Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID/GAID) and other signals to serve personalized or contextual advertisements. This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
You can opt out of personalized advertising at the device level through your Android device's advertising settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads). Purchasing the Premium tier removes all advertising and associated AdMob data collection.
The App uses Google Firebase for push notification delivery (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and anonymous analytics (Firebase Analytics). Firebase may collect device tokens for notification routing and anonymous usage data as described above. This is governed by Google's Firebase Privacy and Security documentation.
In-app purchases (including the Premium tier) are processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card information. Voluntary tip transactions are processed by Stripe or PayPal, each of which has its own privacy policy governing your payment data.
We use anonymous analytics to: understand which features are popular, identify usability problems, prioritize future development, and monitor app performance. We do not use any data for targeted marketing, user profiling, or sale to third parties.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your data with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances: with service providers who process data on our behalf (Google Firebase, Google AdMob) under confidentiality obligations; when required by law, court order, or governmental authority; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, in which case you will be notified.
Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 14 months, consistent with Google Analytics and Firebase defaults. Crash report data is retained for 90 days. Because we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data retention to describe.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): the right to access data we hold about you, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you certain rights, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Because the data we collect is anonymous, we do not have personal information that can be linked to individual consumers. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, contact us immediately at help@comparenbet.org.
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in our systems. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. The anonymous nature of the data we collect significantly limits the impact of any potential security incident.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
