Please read these Terms carefully before using Compare n' Bet. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the app or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
Compare n' Bet (the "App" or "Service") is a sports betting odds aggregation and comparison tool developed and operated by DeeDubyah Software LLC ("DeeDubyah," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of Michigan, with its principal place of business in Allendale, Ottawa County, Michigan.
The App collects and displays publicly available betting odds from third-party sportsbook operators. All odds and sports data are obtained from licensed third-party data providers through paid subscription services. We do not scrape data from sportsbook websites. The App and this website do not accept wagers, operate as a sportsbook, or provide gambling services of any kind. You cannot place bets through the App or this website.
To use the App or this website, you must be at least 18 years of age, or 21 where required by applicable law. You must be located in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal, and you must use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Compare n' Bet does not require account creation and cannot independently verify the age of any user. Age compliance is based entirely on your self-representation. DeeDubyah Software LLC is not responsible for use of the Service by individuals who do not meet the applicable minimum age requirement in their jurisdiction.
The Service is not intended for use in jurisdictions where sports betting or odds comparison services are prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to determine whether using this Service is legal in your jurisdiction before use.
The Service provides informational odds data only. Nothing in the App or on this website constitutes gambling advice, financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds data. Past odds movements are not indicative of future results. Bet only what you can afford to lose.
Compare n' Bet displays Fair Odds and positive expected value ("+EV") indicators on odds cards. These features are mathematical observations derived from third-party model calculations and are provided for informational purposes only.
Fair Odds and +EV indicators do not constitute betting advice, recommendations, or predictions of any kind. A positive EV indicator reflects a statistical relationship between a sportsbook's offered price and a modeled probability estimate. It does not guarantee a winning outcome, and it is not a suggestion to place a bet.
You should not rely solely on Fair Odds or value indicators when making any betting decision. DeeDubyah Software LLC makes no representations about the accuracy of the underlying probability models and is not liable for any losses incurred from betting on lines that displayed a positive value indicator.
Compare n' Bet displays futures odds, outright winner markets, and tournament leaderboard data for certain sports and leagues. This information is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute betting advice or recommendations of any kind.
Futures and outright markets involve long-term bets where outcomes may not be determined for days, weeks, or months. Odds for these markets are particularly volatile and subject to significant change over time. The odds shown may not reflect current prices at any sportsbook. You are solely responsible for verifying current prices directly with your chosen sportsbook before placing any long-term wager.
Tournament leaderboard data (including golf standings) is sourced from third-party data providers and is provided for informational context only. It does not constitute a prediction of tournament outcomes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any betting decision.
Compare n' Bet offers Team Analysis and Player Analysis features that display historical game records, scoring trends, matchup history, player statistics, hit rates, and game logs sourced from licensed third-party data providers. This data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute betting advice, predictions, or recommendations. Statistical trends and historical performance do not guarantee future results.
Odds displayed in this Service may be delayed and are not guaranteed to match real-time prices shown on sportsbook websites. Betting lines change frequently, sometimes within seconds. You are solely responsible for verifying current odds directly with your chosen sportsbook before placing any wagers.
Live scores and game status information are sourced from third-party data feeds and may also be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily inaccurate. Live data should not be relied upon as an official or real-time source. Scores may lag behind the actual game by several seconds or more, and game status changes (start times, delays, cancellations) may not be reflected immediately. Player prop odds displayed during live games are particularly susceptible to rapid change and suspension; always verify with the sportsbook before acting on any live prop line.
This Service does not process bets, accept wagers, or handle any financial transactions related to gambling. We are not a sportsbook or gambling operator. Any betting activity occurs entirely between you and the sportsbook(s) of your choice.
Compare n' Bet is an informational data aggregator. It is not a gambling business, gambling operator, or gambling facilitator as defined under the Wire Act (18 U.S.C. § 1084), the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA, 31 U.S.C. §§ 5361–5367), or any equivalent state or international statute. We do not transmit bets or wagers, accept funds in connection with wagering activity, or assist in the placement of any bet or wager. Display of odds data does not constitute facilitation of gambling under these statutes.
The Service contains links and deep links that may direct you to third-party sportsbook websites and applications. When you navigate to a sportsbook, you are entering a completely separate legal relationship governed exclusively by that sportsbook's own terms of service, privacy policy, and applicable regulations.
DeeDubyah Software LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, terms, practices, availability, reliability, or actions of any third-party sportsbook you access through this Service. This includes but is not limited to:

Sports betting legality varies by jurisdiction. This Service displays odds data from sportsbooks that may not be available or legal in your location. The location filter is provided as a convenience, not as legal advice.

Compare n' Bet is available as a free download with full core functionality. The free version is supported by third-party advertisements served through Google AdMob. By using the free version, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed within the app interface.
A one-time optional Premium purchase is available that removes all advertisements. Premium is a convenience upgrade only and does not unlock additional data, features, or content beyond the removal of ads. All odds data, analysis features, notifications, and other functionality are identical between the free and premium versions.
In-app purchases (Premium) are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, subject to their respective terms of service. DeeDubyah Software LLC does not directly process or store any payment information. Refund requests for in-app purchases are subject to the refund policies of the platform through which the purchase was made. To restore a previous Premium purchase, use the "Restore Purchase" option in the app's Settings while signed in with the same Google or Apple account used for the original purchase.
In the interest of full transparency: the Service contains affiliate links to third-party merchants, including sportsbooks and the brands featured in the Deals section (which may include hotels, ticket providers, sports retailers, travel services, and similar businesses). If you click through one of these links and complete a qualifying signup or purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. These commissions help keep the Service free.
Affiliate relationships do not influence the odds data or deal content displayed. All sportsbook odds are sourced from the same third-party data providers regardless of any affiliate partnership. We do not prioritize, rank, or favor any sportsbook based on affiliate compensation. Deals featured in the Deals section are selected by us on the merits of the offer to users, not based on commission rate.
Not all sportsbooks or merchants displayed have an affiliate relationship with DeeDubyah Software LLC. Sportsbooks that appear under "No Filter / Show All" include offshore and internationally-licensed operators, many of which have no commercial relationship with us. Their inclusion is determined solely by availability in our third-party data feed, not by any business arrangement.
Compare n' Bet is not responsible for the goods, services, content, pricing, availability, or fulfillment of any merchant you reach through an affiliate link. Any transaction you complete on a third-party site is governed by that merchant's own terms and conditions, and any disputes relating to such a transaction must be resolved directly with that merchant.
Compare n' Bet is distributed through third-party app stores, including Google Play and the Apple App Store. By using this app, you also agree to the terms of service of the platform through which you downloaded it.
Compare n' Bet is classified as an informational data aggregation app. It does not offer gambling services, process wagers, or provide access to any gambling platform directly. DeeDubyah Software LLC makes no warranties that this app complies with the platform distribution policies of any third-party app store beyond those in effect at the time of publication. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this app is consistent with the policies of the platform on which it was obtained.
The App, including its design, code, text, graphics, and all other content, is owned by DeeDubyah Software LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Compare n' Bet™ is a trademark of DeeDubyah Software LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its content without our express written permission.
Compare n' Bet™ is an independent product of DeeDubyah Software LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with any sports league, team, organization, or sportsbook whose names, logos, or trademarks may appear within this Service. All team names, team logos, league names, league logos, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. These marks are used solely for the purpose of identifying the corresponding teams, leagues, and events in an informational context. Their presence does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

The free version of the App is ad-supported. Advertisements are served through Google AdMob. Ad content is controlled by Google and its advertising partners and does not reflect endorsements by DeeDubyah Software LLC. You may purchase the Premium tier to remove ads permanently.
The Service offers a voluntary tipping feature through which you can make a voluntary payment to support development. Tips are entirely voluntary and provide no additional features or benefits. The tip feature opens an external page handled by a third-party payment processor. DeeDubyah Software LLC never sees, processes, or stores any payment information from tip transactions. Tips are non-refundable.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10.00 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DeeDubyah Software LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of this Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation, including gambling laws in your jurisdiction.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of Compare n' Bet, or any content or services provided through the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court.
BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU AND DEEDUBYAH SOFTWARE LLC ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING OF ANY KIND. You may only bring claims in your individual capacity.
Arbitration shall be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider under its applicable rules, or if no agreement is reached, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Ottawa County, Michigan, or remotely if both parties agree. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. Nothing in this section shall prevent DeeDubyah Software LLC from seeking injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
Compare n' Bet relies on third-party cloud infrastructure services, including Cloudflare, Inc., to deliver core functionality such as odds data retrieval, live score updates, push notifications, and content delivery. These services are provided by independent third parties over which DeeDubyah Software LLC has no control.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to the arbitration clause above, any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ottawa County, Michigan.
DeeDubyah Software LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. This includes changes to available features, supported sports or leagues, data providers, or third-party integrations. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service or any part thereof.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of DeeDubyah Software LLC to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing.
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information through this Service, please contact us immediately at help@comparenbet.org. We will promptly delete any such information from our servers upon verification. This Service complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) afford you certain rights regarding your personal information. The only data transmitted to our servers is your FCM device token and notification preferences when you enable push notifications, and anonymous usage analytics. We do not collect names, email addresses, or other personal identifiers.

The only personal data we process is your FCM device token and notification preferences when you enable push notifications. Our lawful basis is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by disabling notifications in the app. All other app functionality operates entirely on-device with no data transmission to our servers.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Compare n' Bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should uninstall the app and discontinue use immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also provide additional notice through an in-app announcement. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

The short version: We do not collect your name, email, or any information that could personally identify you. The only data sent to our servers is your notification preferences (when you enable push notifications) and completely anonymous usage analytics. Nothing is ever sold.

Compare n' Bet is designed with privacy in mind from the ground up. We do not require account creation. We do not collect, store, or sell personal information. Most of the app runs entirely on your device, and only the minimum data necessary to deliver push notifications and improve the product is ever transmitted anywhere.
Locally on your device only (never transmitted to our servers): All user preferences including your region setting, favorite sports and teams, monitored games, theme selection, odds format, and sportsbook filter are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device except as described below for push notification delivery.
Push notification data (only when you enable notifications): When you opt in to push notifications, the following is transmitted to our notification server: your FCM device token (a random identifier generated by Google's Firebase used solely to route notifications to your device), your selected region (country and state/province), your notification preferences (favorite sports, favorite teams, monitored games, and alert thresholds), and your sportsbook filter selections. This data is used exclusively to determine which sportsbooks are legal in your area and to send only the alerts matching your configured preferences. It is not linked to any personal identity and is not shared with any third party.
Anonymous usage analytics: The app transmits completely anonymous usage events to our servers for internal product analytics. These events include: app open events, which screens were visited, which leagues were browsed, and rewarded ad and premium purchase events. This data is not linked to your device token, any personal identity, or any other identifier. We do not make any money from it. It is used solely by DeeDubyah Software LLC to understand how the app is being used and to inform product development decisions. It is never sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party.
Bug reports and feature requests: Reports submitted through the app include your app version, device operating system type, and OS version (for example, "Android 14") for diagnostic purposes. No personal identifiers, IP addresses, or user-linked data are attached. Screenshots you optionally attach are transmitted to and stored on our servers solely for issue investigation. They are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with third parties. You should not include personal or sensitive information in any screenshots you submit.
Deal click events (Deals section only): When you tap the "Get This Deal" button on any offer in the Deals section, we record that a click occurred on that specific deal, along with the date the click happened, so we can measure which offers are useful to users and which are not. This event is stored as an aggregate per-deal counter and is not linked to your device token, FCM token, advertising identifier, or any other personal identifier. We do not track individual users or sessions. Click event data is used solely by DeeDubyah Software LLC for internal analytics and is never sold or disclosed to any third party.
We do not collect: Your name, email address, phone number, physical address, government ID, financial information, precise geolocation, contacts, photos, browsing history, or any other personally identifiable information.
Google AdMob (advertising): The free version of the App serves advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers to serve personalized or contextual advertisements. On Android, this is the Google Advertising ID (GAID), which you can reset or opt out of in your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads). On iOS 14 and later, Apple requires an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission prompt before AdMob can access your Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). If you deny this permission, AdMob will serve non-personalized ads only.
AdMob data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Purchasing the Premium tier removes all advertising and associated AdMob activity on both platforms.
Affiliate networks (Deals section and sportsbook links): When you tap an affiliate link in the Service, including any "Get This Deal" or "Shop Now" button in the Deals section, or any sportsbook referral link, you are redirected to the merchant's website through an affiliate network (such as Commission Junction / CJ Affiliate or Impact) or through a direct partnership with the merchant. These networks and merchants typically set tracking cookies or append URL parameters to attribute any resulting signup or purchase back to Compare n' Bet so we can be paid our commission.
Those cookies and identifiers are set by the third-party network or the merchant, not by us, and are governed by their own privacy policies. The only information the network or merchant receives from us at the time of the click is that a Compare n' Bet user clicked a specific offer; we do not transmit your device identifier, FCM token, name, email, or any other personal information. Any further data associated with your session after you leave the Service is handled entirely by the destination website and its privacy practices.
You can manage or disable affiliate tracking cookies in your browser's cookie settings. On mobile, you can reset your advertising identifier at any time through your device privacy settings. Declining affiliate tracking does not affect your ability to use any feature of the Service. Commissions never cost you extra, and they never influence the odds, ranking, or availability of content shown in the Service.
Push notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a service provided by Google. FCM generates a device token to identify your device for notification routing. This token is used solely for delivering the alerts you have opted into and is not linked to any personal identity.
We do not track which notifications you open, how you interact with them, or any other engagement metrics. You can disable notifications at any time in the app's Settings, which removes your device token and all associated preferences from our servers immediately.
In-app purchases (including the Premium tier) are processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card information. Voluntary tip transactions are processed by Stripe or PayPal through the tips.comparenbet.org page. Each payment processor has its own privacy policy governing your payment data. DeeDubyah Software LLC never sees, processes, or stores any payment information from these transactions.
Our backend infrastructure runs on Cloudflare's global edge network. Cloudflare, as our infrastructure provider, may process standard web request metadata such as IP addresses in the course of delivering content. This is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy, not ours.
We use anonymous analytics to understand which features are popular, identify usability problems, prioritize future development, and monitor app performance. Push notification data is used exclusively to deliver the alerts you opted into. We do not use any data for targeted marketing, user profiling, or sale to third parties. We do not use crash analytics SDKs or session recording tools.
We do not sell, rent, or lease your data. Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances: with service providers who process data on our behalf (Google Firebase, Google AdMob, and our hosting provider Cloudflare) under confidentiality obligations; with affiliate networks and merchants when you choose to click an affiliate link, as described in Section 4, strictly for commission attribution on purchases or signups you initiate; when required by law, court order, or governmental authority; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets, in which case you will be notified.
Push notification preferences (device token and settings) are retained on our servers for as long as your notifications are enabled. They are permanently deleted the moment you disable notifications in the app. Anonymous analytics data is retained for internal use for up to 14 months. Bug report data is retained for up to 90 days. Deal click counters are retained for up to 90 days in aggregate form, after which they automatically expire. Because we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data retention to describe.
All data stored on your device (favorites, settings, location, theme) is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app. Your FCM device token and notification preferences stored on our server will stop being used the moment the app is uninstalled, since the token becomes invalid. If you want them explicitly removed from our servers, email us at help@comparenbet.org and we will delete them promptly. We do not store any other user data on our servers.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), affords you certain rights regarding your personal information. Given the minimal nature of our data collection (FCM device token and notification preferences only when you opt in, plus anonymous usage analytics), there is little personal data to disclose, but the following rights still apply:

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, contact us immediately at help@comparenbet.org.
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in our systems. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. The minimal and anonymous nature of the data we collect significantly limits the impact of any potential security incident.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
